BD Bed Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using

BD Bed (referred to herein as "we", "bd bed", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between bd bed and each member ("you" or "the user").

Please read these Terms and Conditions in full before using the bd bed website, mobile app, or any other digital channel. By registering or logging in, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to users from Bangladesh and all other countries. However, certain services may be restricted depending on local laws. It is the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

The following requirements must be met to register and use bd bed's services:

• Age: Users must be at least 18 years old. Minors are not permitted to participate on bd bed under any circumstances.
• Legal Eligibility: You must be legally competent — meaning you must not have been declared legally incapacitated by any court.
• Single Account: Each individual may register only one account.
• Accurate Information: All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.

Bd bed may request your NID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification. Withdrawal access may be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is fully completed.

By creating an account on bd bed, you agree to abide by the following rules:

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Your account login credentials (password, etc.) must be kept strictly confidential.
• Accounts may not be transferred to or shared with anyone else.
• Multiple accounts created by the same person, the same household, or from the same device are not permitted.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

If you notice any suspicious activity or unauthorized access on your account, contact bd bed support immediately. bd bed will not be held liable for any losses resulting from login credentials falling into the hands of a third party.

Bd bed accepts Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer for deposits. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• Payment details provided during a deposit must be accurate — bd bed is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect information.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable; however, if a technical error occurs, please contact support.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or cards are not permitted.

To withdraw from bd bed, your account must be verified (KYC completed). Key withdrawal rules:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500.
• Daily Maximum: ৳50,000 (standard members); separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile or bank account registered on your bd bed account.
• Withdrawals cannot be processed until the wagering requirements for a bonus have been met.

Bd bed reserves the right to review any withdrawal request without providing a reason. Withdrawals may be suspended in cases of suspected suspicious activity, and additional verification may be required.

Bd bed offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms, which are clearly stated on the offer page. General bonus policy:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn.
• Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days.
• In most cases, only one bonus can be active at a time.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus may be cancelled and any associated winnings forfeited.
• Bd bed reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following general rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and all other games on bd bed:

• The outcome of every game or bet is final as determined by bd bed's system — system logs are the authoritative record in any dispute.
• If a round is interrupted due to a technical issue or loss of internet connection, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the game policy.
• In the event of a match abandonment or postponement in Sports Betting, bd bed's own policy applies.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting game glitches or software bugs will not be paid out.
• Casino game RTP (Return to Player) rates are verified through third-party audits.

Bd bed reserves the right to accept or decline any specific bet without providing an explanation. Any attempt to influence match outcomes through match-fixing or other fraudulent means will result in immediate account termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd bed:

• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting to illegally influence the outcome of any match or game.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to bd bed's software or systems.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets or play games.
• Depositing or placing bets using third-party funds.
• Harassing or threatening bd bed staff or other members.
• Money laundering or any other form of illegal financial activity.

• Bd bed will never ask for your password — not by email, not by phone.
• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by law.
• All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.

In the event of a security breach on bd bed's servers or systems, affected users will be notified as quickly as possible.

Either bd bed or the user may close an account:

• At the User's Request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting Support.
• From bd bed: bd bed reserves the right to close accounts in cases of rule violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.
• Prior to account closure, any verified balance (excluding bonuses) may be withdrawn — provided no rule violations are present.
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the remaining balance may be forfeited.
